I have installed it, but i can't do hight adjustment...is there something wrong with my installation or we with the product?

You have adjustment liver in the back of your Kindly use user manual for additional information

@@Techturbineyt thanks for replying...I tried but it's not working for me ...I asked for a replacement and I got one ...but still the same issue. I tried adjustment in the back of the top arm ...where we have + and - signs ...pls help me with this . The user's manual does not help much.

Call on the number (notice page) which you have got in box and tell your problem to them They will solve it

Hey I have a few questions. I already ordered it btw. 1) is there any plastic parts on the arm other than cable routing thing?? Noticed that shiny thing on the joints and I'm wondering if it's plastic or metal. 2: u had any issues with the cable?? I have a 2 metre HDMI cable and wonder if it's enough. Have you changed the cable because of the length issue?? 3: how's the product after using it for months?? Guess u have used it for a while judging the upload time of the video.

Yes there is plastic parts other than cable management like all metals joint are attached with plastic parts (if applied heavy force can be break easily). I am using my default HDMI cable cause my setup is in a small area (depends upon your monitor and cpu distance). Product is too good until you don't apply heavy force. It is the best gas spring stand in this price range. Thanks for commenting 👍

@@Techturbineyt ooh thanks for the info... Btw is it just plastic joints or are there any metal support to it. All joints are just plastic?? I mean just plain plastic?? And are you still using it now?? If yes how does it perform after these long time like a long time usage review.

Yes it's only plastic no metals inside this is why I am telling avoid applying force to the stand can be broke easily.

@@Techturbineyt yea I cancelled the order. The only reason I'm buying this is because my soundbar is blocking my monitor vertical adjustment. I work and play games on the same pc so I have to adjust it every time. So guess I should buy something better

Hey, I'm planning to buy this product, but I have some questions, on flipkart its written it just supports 7 kg, I think there might be a typo but still wanna verify and can you show the monitor mounting process
