Manchester's Night and Day Cafe, a long-standing live music venue, has just been served a Noise Abatement Order by the council on behalf of these NIMBY arsewipes who recently decided to move in next door. Wilson did this report twenty-one years ago. The guy knew Manchester inside-out. Way ahead of his time.

That suit was very probably designed by Yohji Yamamoto, Tony was a big fan of his gear. That was their style, it seems to be a common look for Japanese menswear, big and baggy.
