Part 1: • Tony Yayo Applauds Vla...
--------
In this clip, Tony Yayo spoke about being on Lloyd Banks’ latest album, and he reacted to Lloyd speaking about G-Unit during a GQ interview and his last conversation with 50 Cent two years ago. This led to Tony explaining that there’s only one head guy in a group, which he says is 50 Cent, and he spoke about learning from 50 Cent’s strong work ethic.

I gotta salute a man who knows his position. Not everybody can do that because everyone wants to be the top guy. It’s hard for people to play their role and not feel jealous or secretly resent their guy in the better position. So this is what loyalty looks like. Never biting the hand that fed you. And beyond that, always remember, you have your own life. You can find ways to make your own money. Put in the work and you can have what your man has, but it’s the work that intimidates people.

But it's kinda sad at the same time. Yes, 50 has done a lot for these guys careers we all know that but their professional careers shouldn't just be tied to him, they're their own men outside of all of that and The Game proved that point successfully. Most ppl that's watching this doesn't want to hear Yayo dickriding to 50 all the time as it gets nauseating and a little but sickening.

I agree with you Boss. But for me, it's more of having "what im supposed to have", not what my man has.. If it so happens that i end up similar things to what another person has, then fine! If it doesn't, even better! As the aim is always to make the most of oneself, irrespective of what's going on in other people's lives...

I saw an interview where 50 said Lloyd Banks didn’t wanna level up. He was happy with success but didn’t want more. 50 wanted movies and all that. Banks just wanted to rap and live a good life. Banks also after his fathers death he was just depressed. Banks is one of my favorite MCs ever

@SpacePurpBarney nah it wasn’t cos of that. 50 said Banks would out out albums and mixtapes and he was arguably the most talented in the crew and he wouldn’t make a video! This was in the era where the video helped carry the song. They wouldn’t look to get involved with other things but Banks is like Eminem. Low-key and doesn’t want to be a mogul but even Em with all his success knew you had to go on tour and put out videos.

Props to 50 Cent on his determination, vision and work ethic. On the contrary, 50 Cent needs to realize not everyone has the same mindset as him. To each their own. Some like apples, others like oranges. Let Lloyd Banks & Tony Yayo be who they are. Accept them for who they are. Loyalty above all. Stuff like this makes me appreciate The LOX even more.
@patrickfalls6819

50 cent cannot accept complacency because he would end up carrying those who are complacent while he put in the work to achieve more. The LOX is not a good comparison. They are on the same level and wavelength. No single person was a mega star, putting in more work, and having to carry the group.

Banks and Fif fell out more so when Bank's dad passed and 50 had 0 compassion, called Banks lazy etc.50 did a lot for them but at the same time, someone's generosity isn't worth the pending headaches or disrespect. Yayo will tell you half, but the rest we can fill in. A man can say little but alot. Shout out to Yayo.

For real, 50 himself said Banks should've treated his dad passing away like he was just another homie from the block that died.. nigga that's Banks father.. he's not just some nigga from the block to him. Grimey ass shit.

When 50 buried his Grandmother.. he hopped on a Jet and made it to the performance that same day. & you know 50 the type to not let no one use that as an excuse. Even though everyone grieve different. Hope they can talk and fix their issues in the future

@@IEyecy I agree with you. He still a cold dude. Intelligent, ambitious, committed.. No mystery for his success.But from his antics over the years, I would limit my exposure to this guy.
