Defend These Hands with Me: 3rd hand play, including unblocking

3rd hand should play high in general, and needs to think about Unblocking in some situations. A good rule is "High from Two Remaining Cards".
Also how declarer can take advantage if the defenders fails to Unblock!

. 3NT should have been defeated, but it was only defeated three times.
