@tony98discovery26 күн бұрын
Yes, The process typically involves careful timing to ensure the grapes are picked at their peak ripeness, and it often includes steps like hand-picking or mechanical harvesting, sorting, and sometimes even destemming before processing.

Crops are not harvested at 8 am! the workers arrive and begin work at sunrise! The generally work from 6 am to 2 pm. We arent sure why this video has such misinformation! If workers started at 8 am they would be working through the hottest part of the day and many would become sick. Workers are also entitled to a 10-15 min break every 2 hours as well as their lunch break, Its really hard work and it is very hot in the fields. Workers are amazing and they never receive the amount of credit that they deserve. We provide coffee and breakfast for our workers as well as water - cold drinks and snacks. We also work besides our workers in the field. In addition, we tip our workers in cash as a thank you for the very hard work that they do! Farm workers deserve much appreciation and thanks - they should be treated better. We consider the workers whom we are blessed to have as family. There would be no food on the table without the hard work of these wonderful men and women!!!
