For real. It makes you doubt your own memories. Sometimes parents are lying but sometimes they just genuinely do not remember either because they felt ashamed and blocked it out or because it wasn't a big deal for them like it was for you. It can really mess with your head

"Was anything I ever did good enough for you?" When she said to that mother, That's something I want to ask my mother. Tonyas Abuse is mine as well only difference is I will never go to court. I figure skate as well, Its hard. Edit a year later. Well im stuck in a position now, cops are involved and im finally getting therapy, im seeing a psychiatrist as well they dont know what to do yet but im hoping my mother will be in jail in the end i may be sent to a hospital but im heard now.

sending hugs ❤ For me, I love being able to relate to characters (especially involving things that are traumatic) it's somehow cathartic watching them go through those things and it helps me to feel less alone. I hope this movie maybe helped you in a similar way?

KendraLuehr it’s incredible, it’s a dark comedy but it really pulls at your heart and makes you really see Tonya from a fresh perspective, Margot Robbie, Sebastian Stan and Allison Janney knock it out of the park!
