However, in addition to his chatting in his sleep, he was the worst sleeper - all over the bed, feet upside my head, etc. I love you baby:)

Aldermen (because they are very prominent in Chicago lol so I’m used to that term), but they are like mini Mayors of City Wards or Communities. They keep track of what’s going on in their specific neighborhoods and report to the Mayor of the entire city. They’re more prevalent in cities with enormous populations, like Chicago.
