What a great video and message Tony G the 🐐 People need to be willing to hear the other side of any and all arguments, that's how empathy is created between people. One of the biggest advantages I had in life was being on the debate team in HS where we had to argue both sides of a topic. It taught me to take the time to understand someone's position and the factors that contribute to it.
