I've heard plastic surgeons say that they've had body builders who have cellulite because it's actually "muscle atrophy" because it's pushing up through the fascia. It actually has more to do with genetics, and supplementation. Around 25 to 26 your body significantly reduces the amount of collagen being produced which has a hugely negative impact on skin/muscle/hair/nails. It's when people begin to develop issues like cellulite/stretch marks when they haven't ever had it before. I've always thought it would be interesting to figure out how to stretch your fibrous bands at home, instead of having a surgery. The bands are what is squeezing on the fats, causing them to poke up through your fascia

I cut sugar 2 years ago and I exercise regularly. My cellulite has improved but it didn't disappear completely. I am thinking about ultrasonic cavitation to improve the last stubborn zones...

Me too! I can tell you why they don’t use women with real cellulite. It’s the same reason why whenever you see those Instagram videos of them doing the treatments for anti-cellulite like they always use a very thin barely any visible cellulite because when you have a real cellulite it’s almost impossible to treat. I’m not overweight I am very thin but I have cellulite like an old lady I have it all over my thighs and I’ve been that way since I was 12. It’s genetics and when I look at my mom my aunts my entire family they all have a tremendous amount of cellulite, like the worst you can think of. I’m 5’4 and weigh 124. So I can tell you that weight has nothing to do with it. I work out every day eat healthy and it makes no difference. I would have to starve myself. Have you ever seen girls that are a little bit on the thick side and have very little to no cellulite? That tells you right there that it’s genetics. I’m sure some type of diet works but take it for me someone that has always been healthy and thin genetics is the biggest player so if you’re prone to cellulite it’s never going away. I would do anything to get rid of mine.

I think the best way is bike riding go to the gym and you can put how many tension weight you can handle try little by little then you can rise up the amount of number of tension you want to use the harder the tension you put the better it is to harden your legs 🦵 and lose the weight on you legs 🦵 but don’t go for one day and think everything is ok you have to continue till you see the results also climb stairs because 80.00 for a cream is too much and you don’t know how long it stays

I'm a certified Endermologist (LPG Endermologie) and a trained CryoTShock Technician. There is NO cream that removes cellulite, plain and simple. Endermologie, body wraps, Ultra Slim, handheld machines, light therapy, ultrasound, can shrink the fat(water) temporarily at best and stretch out the connective tissue but ONLY liposuction(immediately) or Cryo TShock or Cryoslim (in a series) kills and removes fat cells (cellulite and not), eliminating them out of the lymph and urine. Any other claims are BULLSHIT!

Liposuction, coolsculpting, and other procedures that remove or destroy fat cells makes cellulite worse and can cause ptosis. The only FDA approved treatments for cellulite is Cellfina, Cellulaze, and QWO. Great thing about those treatments is that it doesn’t shrink the fat. It simply targets the connective bands that create the dimpling. I wish I would’ve tried cellfina first because I was so much money on endermologie with barely any results.
