Not exactly a politically correct comment, so be warned: I'd assume an implant can collaps regardless of the size. I doubt the doctor can be blamed for this one in particular collapsing. Even the tit that didn't collaps looked miserable and that was foreseeable. So where do you draw the line? She got exactly what she asked for. Huge freaking breasts that were out of the question to ever look good or attract anybody above double digit IQ. Not feeling the slightest bit of compassion for this woman. If you are stupid enough to get breasts as large as these, you have to accept the risks and consequences. If you thought there were no risks or consequences, you deserve it even more. Darwin style. If the doctor actually assured her that there are zero risks, he surely is also to blame but I doubt that's what has happened. She probably had to fill out dozens of pages of paperwork, informing her about the risks. And even without paperwork, you are also to blame if you are not smart enough to realize by yourself that the risk of shit hitting the fan will be higher, the bigger you pump 'em up. Unless you are literally mentally challenged of course, then whatever caretaker is responsible for them is to blame for not stopping them. But she doesn't exactly seem mentally handicapped to me. Compare it with gender change operation. You ever saw makeshift fake genitals of people who diagnosed themselves as transgender? It's mutilation and cripples you for life and the chances of this operation changing your life for the better are insanely much lower than this being the last straw driving you towards depression or suicide.

I lost my left nipple and areola complex after reduction in 2009. It was super depressing, watching the black nipple literally fall off and having to pack the golf ball size hole with Dakins solution and gauze, for months, until it filled in and could be reconstructed. But I got a new surgeon and she was able to finally tattoo an areola and make a nipple out of a technique used in mastectomy reconstruction. The tattoo color made it the same pink shade as the right breast. While it did take time to work through the complicated emotions, I'm still glad I decided to have a breast reduction. I just wish I'd investigated my surgeon a bit more, and not accepted him because he was recommended by my health insurance company.

Then you have someone with a botched plastic surgery, burst leaking breast implants, scar tissue, old age and multiple surgeries BUT they walk away OK. That's amazing! HungryFatChick is older and is immobile with serious health issues and started with keto and carnivore and was successful at first which was visible not only on the scale but one could see and hear it on her breath. I hate how Dr. Youn hooks me at the end of each videos… just like how these KDramas hook me with cliff hangers at the end of each episode. Lol. It’s already 2AM!

Some people have nipples that look naturally purplish or black. That must be even More of a challenge in the situation

Hi Dr. Youn, When I was heavier, I had a breast reduction. I was a decent full-ish C after surgery. Now I've lost about 200 lbs and now I have just loose skin and I can't even fill a training bra. Is it possible to get small implants after a breast reduction? (And I never thought I was actually want or need implants after being born with such huge breasts.)

Congrats on the weight loss :) way to go
@Queenofthatank2 жыл бұрын
This is why they tell you not to do any procedures prior to weight loss because removing loose skin is easier than adding weight

Maybe implants, maybe a lift. Consult a plastic surgeon and they'll find the best solution for you.

I know about "gray". I had knee surgery on my CRPS leg (had to be done) and post-surgery, they came and got me out of bed, and straight up said, "back to bed with you". My leg turned gray when standing. Afterwards it sort of fixed itself, but the post-surgical aftermath was *real* as real can get. I did have to have the surgery because my knee was full of debris after a dashboard injury and it hurt like hell. They did leave the other knee (which didn't hurt as badly) alone and said, "no more".

Obviously adding that much is going to cause complications and should definitely be illegal, like wtf? 🤯

Dr. Youn, I have a question for breast surgeries. If you don't mind. Does it ever get uncomfortable seeing the breast? Or has a patient ever tried flirting their way out of payment?

My guess is this is someone who has tissue expanders in and can fill them with saline whenever they want and the one that’s deflated was overfilled and exploded leaving it to look 👀 a flat tire.

I'll never understand why some women would want to increase their breast size. All women I've asked (that have naturally large breasts) says they're painful and would want to reduce their size so I'm confused Pikachu face this entire video.

Doesn't the patient have to sign something assuming the risks so they cant sue?

Maybe, but it doesn't (or shouldn't) protect from malpractice. That's why they need insurance, it's hard to practice without it.
