Love your channel Kyle. I am retired and started flipping mowers to keep me busy when I get bored. Your content is always good and informative. Hope you have continued success in 2025!

As always a great revival. CLARAYYYY WINE haha. I did get a chuckle from the fancy name. Looks and operates great. A struggle for sure in your climate to make them shine when you can’t even use a garden hose. I greatly appreciate the shout out, and yes some carbs just don’t work out. I tried my best, but like you said it’s great to keep them on hand for future projects. Hope you and your family have a great holiday buddy. 😎😎🫡

Looks great could use a bit of shine. I suggest rust oleum clear coat. It works on the plastics as well as the satin finish of the paint. It will really bring it to life. Great job and thank you for sharing.

Thanks! Maybe I’ll try some clear coat when it warms up

Looks like you got a very good deal. I'm glad you got everything working good. What a difference. I would've painted that thing a gloss paint job, just because I like Shiny Stuff.
@KylebythecreekАй бұрын
I prefer the semigloss too. I mentioned that in the video. But the store didn’t have any glossy paint that matched. So, I thought it was better to match the color as best as I could than to match the finish (gloss)

Yeah, it seems pretty well made. Nothing crazy, but certainly better than most home owner stuff

Try a heat gun or a small torch on the black plastic trim on the tractor. It'll make em look better.

If you swap the vice workbench with the paint can shelving you’ll get more natural light into the shop. Just a thought. While you’re at it, move the light switch over by the door. 😉

Very good job. On the carburetor, if you drill out the main jets, that really helps. I checked out the jets in a 22 horsepower Briggs started out at about .044, went to .050 sure made a good difference.
@KylebythecreekАй бұрын
Good tip. I’ve never done that before. I’d have to experiment with that. But I bet it would fix the slight surge it has
@bertgrau3934Ай бұрын
@Kylebythecreek Yes, it probably would. It sure runs much smoother and stronger. It pulls strong in tall or thick grass. I strongly suggest you get a dial calipers to measure where your at to start. On 1 cylinder go smaller say no more than 3 to 4 thousandths

Kyle, Seymour go red engine paint is kind of a dark red. It sprays good and even leaves a glosss finish. It’s cheap online too

What is with the rust on the left front wheel? Otherwise excellent work Kyle. She will serve someone well. That is all one can ask. This mower is worth maybe 2500 at least. Creeky Kyle, I think you outdid yourself on this White tractor. In other words, well done lad.

TSC has a lot better batteries than Walmart for only a few bucks more and they last several years not just 3/6 months 😮
@KylebythecreekАй бұрын
I went to TSC first, but they only had 250cca batteries in stock. Personally, I haven’t noticed a difference between TSC and Walmart batteries. Certainly TSC is more expensive, but have you noticed them being that much better?

Your paint jobs would look so much better if you actually sprayed like the directions say… light sweeping strokes in a uniform area vs your hammer down circles method. 🫤
@KylebythecreekАй бұрын
I know it drives people crazy. It’s just a lawn mower. I’ve never had a customer complain that my paint job didn’t look like I read the directions
@kc9146Ай бұрын
Makes sense, 1/2 ass is like everything else & sell it to the next sucker.
@KylebythecreekАй бұрын
Most flippers don’t paint it at all. I could have sold it as is- which is how I bought it. I’m not sure why people confuse my channel for one of those that does full restorations. I say it everytime, I’m a tractor flipper.
@kc9146Ай бұрын
You don’t get it! You boast that you “only” paid $120 for the machine, your wanting to sell it for $1000, 10x? You have basically nothing in it, you don’t pay income tax on your profits, do you have business/liability insurance? Do you have a business license? No… so the least you could do is sell something a good product! Worry less about the paint & buy a new carburetor so they don’t have a problem a month after purchase. You are worried about the price of an air filter, but not 4 cans of Walmart paint 😒.
@KylebythecreekАй бұрын
How much do you think the tractor is worth as it stands?
