Just a technicality on the SFR plot from Dayal & Giri 2023: I think the solid lines assume a constant SFR efficiency of 1, while the thin lines do account for the redshift and mass evolutions of this baryons->stars conversion efficiency. In fact, regardless of the DM models, redshift and mass evolutions of the SFR efficiency are required to explain the observations as indicated by the fact that the thin lines are much closer to the measurements.
