Fraserburgh has a brill motorhome aire called Glenbutchy, owners are lovely, it’s only £5 a night, overlooks the sea and they have water fill up and waste disposal (think charge extra for emptying loo)

I had a weather station from Amazon and sent it back got a return code from them and you can drop it in at any post office and the refund was made in 22 minutes it was great hope that helps good luck Kev.

I worked and lived in Pitlochry from fortwilliam originally left 79 moved to glesgo:) all my days then aberdeen 10 years (cove bay) then bk to just 10 min glasgow town ... robroyston Campsie Glen can see from our garden ... ❤

Thanks for your vlog . Nice timing as I am arranging my first trip to Scotland in our new motorhome . Camped loads of times in winter but never a motorhome . I am booking in at Glenmore which is the other site near Aviemore on the way to the visitor centre . You must have driven past it . I was looking at Dalready but it’s not close enough to where friends are staying and I need to cycle or walk to them . May need to follow Marks tip and insulate my waste pipes . Struggling to find places to stay at on the way from Midlands and also on way back . Great video you did as I could see where I am going .

If your pipes freeze again you could always use a hairdryer, powering it via your power bank. I've had to do this, this morning to remove the truma cover. The campsite looked lovely. Scotland has so much to offer I just hope the no parking doesn't take over and stop responsible vaners.

❤St Andrews is lovely our daughter has a Lodge there. Pitlochry is a lovely place it’s only one street the drive there is stunning. The Cairngorms is lovely in the autumn and summer but freezing in the winter. Aw shame you had all that hassle it’s so stressful.Get your hat on Mark looks like it could snow. aww poor Mark....buy some walking sticks...the one's for speed walking...some have points at the end that easily take a better hold in icy ground. He can't afford any broken limbs...he's the Driver !! He also needs to wear a hat, scarf and gloves or he'll get pneumonia in Scottish winter weather. Anyhow this is a brilliant video with fantastic drone shots over such beautiful Vista's. Take care of each other and keep up the fantastic vlogs...it's all so exciting! just came across this video as I am about to come to scotland in my campervan for a photography trip. The cold has me a little concerned I wont lie, although I am excited at the prospect of some pretty winter photographs! The gold postboxes were painted to commemorate the 2012 Olympics btw. Looks like Aviemore isnt a good place for campers though, and an expensive tourist trap place to boot, so I'll avoid that one - thanks for the heads up! now to go hunt out your other videos!!

Aviemore Gold Post Box Since then David Smith MBE has also added to the Olympian contingent with a Gold Medal in the mixed coxed fours at the London 2012 Paralympic Games at Eton Dorney. As tribute to all those in the 2012 Olympics who won a gold medal, the Royal Mail painted the Aviemore Post Office Post Box gold in recognition of his achievements. The box can be seen at Myrtlefield Shopping Centre outside the Aviemore Post Office

@@MrTerryb1956 I do, we have lots of different wildlife near me, kingfishers, deers in my local cemetery, different birds, my late father used to say to us x5 sisters and a brother " when in town keep your window down " meaning to look around all the time as you don't know what is under your feet. A lot of people don't venture out. When my son was younger I would take him out with me along our local river with his friends and find fossils etc, bird watching taking photos.

both us and our friend’s where frozen up solid we usually use the diesal heater but with being on a camp site we where on hook up and i think this caused the problem as last year we didn’t have this
