Love your channel. Like you, I am a Film Noir fan. I would recommend you see "The Reckless Moment" (1949), directed by Max Ophuls and starring Joan Bennet and James Mason. You won't be disappointed.

Great review. 👍 This is one of my favorites. I think it's interesting, in part, because Dan Duryea is usually the one in control and making other people's lives miserable. This time around, the shoe's on the other foot, as it were. I also like Don DeFore's character. That's what makes the movie work for me. It's interesting seeing how bad Lizabeth Scott is, for sure, but for me, there has to be a good guy in the mix who gets (or at least tries to get) justice. That's probably true for everyone, as we're all subject to injustice (small or big), at some point in time. Not sure if you've seen it, or reviewed it yet, but another great movie with Don DeFore is It Happened on Fifth Avenue (1947). It has a Christmas theme though, so if you haven't caught that one yet, it might be best to wait until Christmas rolls around. Loving the reviews. 👍

I actually saw a trailer for It Happened On Fifth Avenue on Amazon not long ago and it looks like a hoot! I'll definitely be watching it soon, even if it is Christmas themed! 😀 thanks for the feedback!!

Were there any Tarzan movies like Tarzan's Secret Treasure or Tarzan and the great river?

I'd definitely like to review more Tarzan soon. Those are always a lot of fun to watch.
