I have been going back and forth with this book...it is on my TBR but i have been putting it off for some reason.... i'm sure i'll get to it ....someday :) sounds interesting though.

It is a very interesting world to explore, but word of caution... it's not necessarily an "easy" read. I think it was well worth the effort though. Sometimes I just had to let go and quick trying to figure every thing out and just ride the story where it took me. That worked for me :)

Very nicely put. I loved the world that was built to the point where I have been disappointed with reality since I read it. But what was done with the protagonist at the end seemed unnecessary and I think I would have enjoyed the book much more if it didn’t feature the God issue the way it does. Nice video though. Subbed.

Thanks! The "god" issue crops up in the next two books as well although I'm curious how it's going to be handled/resolved in the upcoming 4th book. I've been anxiously awaiting the 4th book because there are several major loose ends that I have no idea how Palmer is going to wrap up!! This series has such intricate world building... but it does require an investment on the part of the reader. However, I found reading the next books became easier but even then, there are still some head scratching aspects (the loose ends mentioned earlier...lol)

EarnestlyEston the world building is one of the best I ever came across. But how the story unfolded, well, it really turned me off. But it has been over a year and I still think of it. Might put an ear to the ground once it has wrapped and see what folk say.
