@Brian2
@Brian2 5 жыл бұрын
Thanks ^_^ It really seems like certain content creators are using longer and longer intros instead of the point of the video. Makes some sense as most probably close the video after finding out what they want but to be real... It isn't hard to skip ahead to find the start, maybe ten seconds, meaning on this particular one they would save nearly four minutes of their lives. That means from minimum wage (USA) you can save 0.4833333333333333 cents by skipping around to the start. Let us not begin with those making far more than minimum as that is all over the place. Don't know as I am not a KZbin content creator but having it at the end for those as a (If you think I did a good job please spend a minute watching this at the end.) seems to me to be better. I personally tend to at least let them play out more than waiting at the start. If the video is trash I don't watch the ads, if the ads are in the start I skip then might skip back if the video is good, if the video is good then I always at least let the ad or whatever at the end play out even if I don't exactly pay attention.

I think having him in as a goof would be a fantastic red herring. He's there, he's like some early-movie villain that's taken out in like one hit or something, or a team effort and they wonder why they needed the whole team from this, throw him in jail and move on. Then drop him as a background cameo every so often when someone else is in jail or whatever. Then a few movies in *BAM* he's suddenly super powerful after meeting someone in prison that tells him what he really is about or whatever. Then he escapes to space or something and fights people there. Or have him do a heal-face-turn and go from some goofy villain that realizes his true powers and become an ally to the heroes and does the heroic sacrifice thing. That way he can't become an easy-button. Or even do the 'I just want to be left alone' kind of thing. He ends up finding himself a nice, quiet planet to live on peacefully, and only comes in when like... the universe starts unraveling or the annihilation wave comes something.

They should just do the Molecule Man from Secret Wars 2015, he was OP but he wasn’t so much a villain, and ended up being a big part of the recreation of the multiverse

The concept of the power over molecules is freaking OP for sure, and considering the origin of him being a simple human at first, what would be nice is to level up all the way through to that state of mind of things, a bit like DrManhattan kinda 'loose' perspective on the single/simple human mind for a far more vast perspective of the entire universe, and it might be interesting to have molecule man start as a villain somehow, mostly because he seemingly gets approached by DrDoom and gets somehow unleashed, but eventually gets far more a wiser approach to the meaning of his own existence and what to do about it, what's the next step for such a being, I mean, even the most basic villain drives are still, imo, pretty much meaningless compared to the state of mind of such a being, or so is the drives of heroes as well I would presume, I mean, how do you wrap your mind around such concept of self and purpose, killing every being would be like a human trying to step on every ants of this world, kinda pointless and boring, I mean, BORING, as Herbert said : 'Leto II: It has occurred to me more than once that holy boredom is good and sufficient reason for the invention of free will.' but how do you escape such holy boredom, or at the very least, live through it, sanely, somehow ? o0 Evidently, the easiest way to understand AND value your own existence is by being vulnerable, by being defeatable, that sens give sens to everything else in one's life, I guess :P But it then easily and simply points out to one's ego and self preservation but then what, only self preservation ultimately matters ? Strongest survive through and too bad, that's all there is to it ? :P What else is there to be conceived ? What else is there to be perceived ? - 'We must keep a place in our awareness to perceive what we cannot preconceive ;)

If memory serves, Owen Reese was a janitor at that laboratory. He was simply doing his job when he accidentally activated that machine. He was infused with the energies needed to create cosmic cubes and thus acquired his vast powers. However, he did not absorb the entire amount of energy required for a cosmic cube. The remainder of the energy eventually gained sentience becoming the being that would be known as the Beyonder. To clarify: Owen Reese understood that The Beyonder's power level far outmatched his own. Heroic of the Molecule Man to take on the Beyonder in order to protect the Earth* knowing full well that he (Reese) could have been easily destroyed. That's my 2¢ worth. *Secret Wars II #9

Molecule Man would be an amazing villain in the MCU. If anything, the MCU is great at developing characters. I could easily see them evolving his character over time to becoming a big bad and it would be awesome to see a villain evolve from someone who has limitations yet overcomes them to become one of the most powerful beings in existence. The writers could make it almost into an evil version of Goku, if that makes any sense. Used right, Molecule Man would be an amazing villain in the MCU.
