Honestly, if the MCU comes to a definitive end, I hope the final Post credit scene goes something like this: The one above all sitting in a plain white room reading Amazing Fantasy #15, when he notices the camera and addresses the audience directly. He sets the comic down on the table and explains who he his, even walking past a statue of Stan Lee as a subtle hint that it was him taking the form of Stan Lee whenever Stan made a cameo, before going on a bit of a speech thanking everyone who came together to make the movies possible, especially everyone watching the movie. He thanks us, the fans, for sticking with the MCU all this time, because at the end of the day, our support means the most to bringing these amazing, incredible, fantastic characters to life. As he’s talking, he’s walking past TVs as they play the most impactful scenes from each movie, going backwards in time and ending at the original Iron Man. Then he says that while this particular interpretation of the characters we’ve all come to know has reached its end, that doesn’t mean there won’t be more stories to tell with the characters in the future. He turns away from the audience and starts to walk away, before glancing over his shoulder and saying something to the effect of “Until next time, true believers.” And then walks away as it fades to black

DC has "The Presence" The equivalent to One above all. From my understanding it was the one who originally gave Shazam his powers before DC got sued for his original name Captain Marvel. It sees no purpose, the omniverse is mostly self-contained. Its only need would be relating to a situation where the omniverse came under threat, or it decided to intervene because why not. You're assigning motive and role to The One Above All that doesn't need to exist. The character exists for the purpose of a metaphor; God is a question that has haunted humanity since its earliest days. The unprovable possibility of an infinite creator leaves people hopeful and terrified, and the fact that there's no way to interpret motive leaves people questioning the value of its existence. The One Above All and similar characters exist to present that same question to the characters of your favorite story. It's about fleshing out human fears and hopes to immerse readers in the literature.

Got to enjoy the character of One Above All as his mystery, rare appearances and the fact that he do anything he wants with powers since he is undoubtedly the most powerful being in the Marvel universe makes him one of the best characters ever introduced in comics in my opinion. Too Powerful for the MCU is an understatement as he is literally beyond too powerful and any other notions of what we consider to be great and powerful I mean this character has the ability to make the ice cream machine in McDonald's work if that is not proof of how mighty he is I don't what is. All around I think he is a rad character that should get more attention in comics and before you say he technically appears as Stan Lee in the Marvel Cinematic Universe yes you could say that but he wasn't stated to be that from what am aware of by Kevin Feige so a possible mention or a cameo of him in the end credits of some next Marvel film would be amazing. The one above all is basically like "the word" or "program" (the playbook) that all writers which create their multiverse stories go by that sets the rules and regulations by which they must all flow by in order to fulfill a set plan and goal. Its the sinewave that guides each multiversal story by also referred to a the "Potter who molds the clay path". The masonic code and rite of passage (the path and way or great work of divine providence) by which all writers of each mutiverse (fox, friends, DC, marvel, etc) who are most likely masons (builders for the serpents coming new age kingdom) go by to fulfill an end goal and planned outcome to which the end result fulfills a set plan for programing the viewer/ watcher as to subliminally program and reshape their thinking. At least that's how a marvel writer explained it in a video I watched. All media and entertainment creations have a guidebook by which they must go by that has hidden allegory woven in to which holds hidden meaning. Thats why alot of marvel stories are filled with biblical allegory that makes good evil and evil good. I could give countless parallels between thanos and christ alone. Its actually pretty deep and interesting the way he explained it. This guidebook they must use when creating their storylines is also called by many names, most notably to marvel employees and fans "the one above all" concept. Or less notably, "the word that manifests". It lives outside its story it creates and is a type of living understanding (spirit) that the writer possess himself with to which guides their story creations (divine inspiration) whereby giving them a purpose and motive where they aren't just random stories within their own multiverse to generate a profit but are fulfilling a pre-set plan of design within ours also. Thus existing in all realities (mutiverses of the inner imagination expressed through entertainment platforms and also mutiverses without in the physical reality as well). Made sense to me and explained alot I had already had a hunch about. Sounded like they were describing Lucifer (their light bringing snake sine wave) who wants to ascend into heaven (the realm of the imagination) and pretend to be God by establishing its presence within everyones temple (mind and heart) as well as being God through all existences (omniverse) so that this spirit (teaching/information) sits as God over all subtly as a serpent would.

Since Stan Lee is no longer with us, it's only fair and actually makes more sense for Kevin Feige to play both The One Below All and The One Above All in the MCU. Since Marvel Studios are now diving into the multiverse, and with also secretly requiring the rights back to The Hulk and Namor, and a rumored World War Hulk movie as well, makes me believe that they'll also be doing an Immortal Hulk Disney+ series. Introducing both The One Below All and One Above All in the series would actually be really cool to see.
