I know I don’t have Laika on 100 cr. But at 83 he sure misses crits a ton vs other mons I have that have around the same or less cr. I’ve noticed this after using him everyday since I got him 4 years ago.

Same with mine. 80% crit feels more like 20%

Even at 100% laika can miss crit like mine. Especially on water unit. Laika can't glance but can miss crit
