If you not agreeing with it keeps you out of the situation more power to you. Child Support is absolutely a punishment from the state. They want you to be married and taking care of your family.
@mogetit59992 жыл бұрын
You can’t fully agree because you’re thinking with the emotional mindset regarding men getting taken advantage of. Child support wouldn’t have to exist if men/women would simply handle their business but MOST aren’t responsible enough. They need the white man in their business who also takes a cut
@neisci2 жыл бұрын
Child support needs to be consistent. Alternative, make an agreement, notarize the signatures and be consistent with the date and amount. Send it electronically so you can have a record. Everything else you do after it is gift. Nobody should be giving "what I can, when I can" to raise a child. If it ever goes to court, at least you already have a record and such will be taking into consideration.
@convowithashnicole2 жыл бұрын
All they need is to make sure they keep receipts. It's messed up that someone would like about supporting a child or the support they get!
@convowithashnicole2 жыл бұрын
My girls father and I are together and we literally go half on everything. Not an agreement or anything but it made sense to me. If ever we were to split up, I'd hope we would continue to do the right thing for our daughters sake. Hopefully it will NEVER come to that tho bc it's so much easier raising the girls together. He does have a set of twins with another lady who has him on CS but I NEVER understood y bc since I've known him, he's supported his children financially and he gets them every week literally! Every dime he gets, he spends on all his children to the point, I have to tell him to gift himself sometimes. Talk about Selflessness!

This why child support is in place for the simple fact that you're at liberty to Say no for Any reason . You got to provide for your child . When u break up there's no record. However don't need an order to still spend time with your kid(s). Child support is very minimum . Being there is priceless.

Judge is dead wrong here. She said TEXAS child support. That is calculated as 25% of his income for the first child. 27% if there are 2 children, etc. That 2% he was talking about is additional on top of original percentage for each additional kid. He isn't being garnished. His child support is being deducted. They haven't started ganishing for the back support yet.

If you pay child support directly to the mother and not to the state, if it's in their hands, you still owe it to the state. I hate it when mothers do this to the father.
