Sorry that this reply is so late, but “Salava isn’t a Spanish word. Instead, it seems that it’s a portmanteau of the Japanese “Saraba” and the English lava. それは遅い返事です、すみません。でも、『さらば』はスペイン語じゅないです。”Salava” がさらば (“farewell”) + “lava” (溶岩)だそうんでしょう。
The music video, the miku electro tuning, the sexy jazzy toots... this is perfect

Here's the translated lyrics! Farewell/Salava John 0:16 In a dusk dyed red we affirmed an absurd and groundless love A big sum of money on the table All my body was sold and bought 0:31 If the scenery you saw from your left and right eye were different, would you spend your whole life learning about it 0:45 So here's my Farewell, I'm a crowning glory I have no interest in your dried up taste Charm me with your last dream Come again Goodbye, lost one 1:15 I took a walk in the city to sober up and felt love in the night breeze I'll find your gaze repulsive from now on 1:29 So laugh Dance the loser's dance that lets us take no breaths How easier things could have been if I remained dense The heart of a prostitute I originally had vanished It bloomed under mud; A short-lived underworld Ah 1:59 Farewell, I'm a crowning glory I have no interest in your dried up taste Charm me with your last dream Come again Goodbye, lost one 2:14 Dance the loser's dance that lets us take no breaths How easier things could have been if I remained dense The heart of a prostitute I originally had vanished It bloomed under mud; A short-lived underworld Ah

I'm gonna guess the song isn't literally about a male prostitute who falls in love with a client only to get chased by the cops. Maybe they're more metaphorical
