At 5:30 yes, San Andreas feels bigger than all the other GTA games. The fact that there are 3 cities with sea, woods, mountains, hills, fields, canyons and deserts in between them gives depth to the game that all the other GTA games lack. San Andreas remains by far my favorite GTA game.

GTA V had a lot of unused areas after the main story that serves more like a background, or for online content. While in San Andreas you visited places all over the map, making it feel more like it's all supposed to be there for the story. A too big map with little to do or a lot of boring things like yoga, tennis, aerobics will just make it feel more empty. I don't play GTA games to play fucking tennis or do yoga.

This video was so fun. I'd really like to see more GTA SA (and the PS2 era GTA games) content. Whether that's more of the myth mod or really anything related to it. I feel like the PS2 era of GTA games has such an air of mystique to them and that really culminated in San Andreas because of how large it was, like you said San Andreas feels like a true adventure. Theres so many different random one off creepy/weird locations that people made myths and eventually mods around. I'd love to see you further look into the mods/myths or really just share your thoughts/experiences with the games as a whole.

In GTA 5 you could also find bigfoot in the mission where you kill off the O'Neills with the thermal scope, you could see his heat pattern at one point but if you look at him for too long he just disappears

I still remember being like 14 and blown away about the haunted gaming of the San Andreas ghost cars That story sounded so cool. I’m like 23 now
