So you were digging up wasabi root, I wondered, but it also looks like ginger

I think you are correct that it is ginger. Wasabi is one a plant that has one long root. Almost like a very fat green carrot. I just read that ginger is a sort of wasabi used when eating sushi. As a palate cleanser.

I actually think they might be jerusalem artichokes? Sometimes they're called sunchokes?

@harvestmoon_autumnsky I did a Google (as I probably should have done last night) you're correct and it's all very new to me I only knew about globe artichoke which grows above ground

@@harvestmoon_autumnsky Yes....I think you are right about it being jerusalem artichoke instead of ginger. I looked them both up and very similar. Also, ginger apparently grows in tropical and subtropical regions. Nice to find out something new...

You must have worked very hard on this video. It's so many little clips to edit together. I like how you showed us the house and how you get there. The waterfall was literally so beautiful! Yes, disgusting that people litter there. I don't think anyone in America has a standard/dedicated fish grill in their kitchen. As always your videos are so soothing. Thank you for making them.
