Hello Mikey & Suer Court! 24:50 at goodwill you looked at some coral. Was it real or fake? Real can no longer be harvested, so the prices are going up on it. A good piece of fake is a decent flip as well. Good eye finding the magnifying piece too! And only $1.49! Great item for your booth

Mikey I hope you don’t take my advice like I am telling you what to do but I’ve been in retail for over 30 years in management in a big corporation and advertising getting your name out there on the social media and radio stations, TV , the local newspaper, Facebook market, if you have a swap shop posted on that anywhere you can post about the new store. If somehow you could print off flyers and put it in everybody’s sack when they buy something to follow the store on Facebook so they can catch the sales when they come out. Sometimes you got to spend a little money to make money and printing off flyers or putting a piece in the paper something will bring in traffic off the Las Vegas streets and do your store. Although the Whatnot sales does help that everybody does in the store it’s nothing like indoor traffic that will be repeat customers. Getting a routine sales program down that the customers know about will keep your customers coming. They will look forward to it every week or month whatever your sale program is. Have a big billboard at the front entrance stating what the sale is In case someone didn’t see it on social media. Maybe having something out at the roadway of the main strip mall stating your shop is brand new to the strip mall.

Need to color code all the stuff on the shelves, it would of been better if you got shelves that had an opening on the bottom where your clothes racks could fit under the shelves. It would look much nicer and less cluttered. Clothes hung color coded, hats need to be hung on the wall on hooks I use to manage a retail store and worked at Salvos in Australia, and that is what we did and it looks so much better . Also need more artworks on the walls. Some nice little artworks as a lot of people do not have space for larger works

If I bronzed my kids babie's shoes, and I passed away, my kids would probably throw them away. My kids are not sentimental about items at all. I remember making things with bubblegum wrappers. Now they make them from juice pouches and drink boxes because they are water resistant, and way more colorful like that one Super Court was modeling.
