So far this car boot sale (Flea market) season I have been buying quite a few slip-joint pliers so I decided to purchase several sets of brand new slip-joint pliers too.
I have bought pliers from Amazon, these are by Denali, a Chinise company and sold under the Amazon basics label.
I also have a set of Stanley Fatmax 84-646, these are quite a modern pair of slip-joint pliers.
The star of the show, though, is the Tsunoda PL-200, these are quite simply fantastic quality pliers as you will see!!
As soon as I can find stock I intend to purchase a set of Knipex 82-01-200 Twin Grip pliers for my collection. For some reason they are proving difficult to find though!!🤔😳
Also in this video you can get a quick look at my brand new Sealey AK8371 combination pliers.

The Denali’s look like they are made in the same factory as GearWrench Pitbull pliers. Could be.

Bought the Laoa slip-joint pliers after having seen your review. First video of yours I ever saw. The Japanese brand _Engineer_ has some nice pliers as well, with a special cut for removing screws.

Those Japanese pliers look like they are decent quality. Pretty reasonably priced too.

Those are all nice looking pliers. I always assumed that Stanley was a quality brand for some reason, maybe it was but recently their standards have been slipping?

What I do when the jaws don’t line up well is I grind them down on the belt sander. Finish up what the factory should have done. I like Fatmax but don’t love them.
