It's basically a C#5 power chord, then the same chord but sharp the 5th (not really sure what that's called). In the choruses I just make that first chord bigger with the open strings, & swap that 2nd chord out for a Dmaj7. I'm tuned to drop C# standard btw, hope that helps!
