I have seen these. My self working in a machine shop I have learned a lot about metal hardness. My only worry is that since these new pins are tool steel they will be harder then the door hinge marking the hinge the wear items instead of the pin sleeves. And that will eventually caused the hinge to fail that can’t easily be fixed over the pins that can easily be switched.

With the damage ive seen done by shitty pins I think this is a better option. The bushings are chrome or Nickle plated and seem to be smooth as hell. This truck gets beat on so we will see.

My 92 s10 has the middle pen problem. I am not that darling to take the door off . By my self . But I hate the door not fully shutting. Especially when it rains..

I needed a bit more time to fit them into my first gen. Required filing and swearing, but I got them in. It's definitely an improvement over stock or aftermarket.

I did stock replacement pins, and a replacement roller and spring on my '03 Sonoma. Even after replacing the roller and spring, my door still swings shut on its own.
