Love it. Great to get in to those shadowy areas where direct overhead light is not so helpful. The 3S was excellent. I'm starting to get jealous Rich, you get to play with all the fun toys! 😈 Again great tips and advice. Just when you think you are working as smart as you can something like this adds to the quality of the work that you are able to do.

I have the same one, bought a 2nd one for my fiance to use as well. Does provide the much needed extra light in the pit area. I just use my iCharger power supply for both pit lamps and my charger.

That is nice! I like the adapter you did for the Deans plugs, and it looks like it would be easy to make pretty much any type adapter for any type battery on it. Hopefully they will make a set of ends you can get to use if you have different types of batteries. I have an AC/DC battery charger, and it has the 1/4" plugs on it, and this would work great with it. Thanks for another great video.

You should check out the Turnigy one. Aluminum construction, runs on a 1s lipo and only costs 26 bucks. No better light on the market for price vs. quality and features. Its really nice.

Hey RC Network (Richard), So after viewing your video i went ahead and bought one of these pit lamps. However, I was wondering if you have found the best way in getting this Led light to give the brightest light possible without having to worry about frying the pit light? I've tried it with my 2s lipo , but the lighting is terrible. In your video you demonstrated the light on a 3s lipo and it was a huge difference, but you mentioned that you weren't sure if this light had a lipo cut off. I'm lost in how I should power my pit light without burning it out. So if you have any information or suggestions that may help I would really appreciate it. Thanks in Advance Keep up the good work!

Hey quick question...since most kits are coming out in metric, I was considering picking up a set of MIP standards do you think it's needed for long term uses and I mostly race.
@TheRCNetwork9 жыл бұрын
+JAMMIN RC Yeah, Standards are rarely used anymore, but some places I still use them. Examples: Pro-Line Flotek bodies use 1/16th sized bolts for the number plates, B44.3 still uses SAE, SCTE and a few others. Also Vanquish uses SAE for the bolts on the wheels. Not a bad investment though
@jammindesigns71359 жыл бұрын
Yea I tend you use my 1/16 every now and the and some cases even a 3/32

Only draw back that I see with this lamp is that nitro guys like me would have to figure out a way to power it up, nice otherwise.
