This is a great video. Tool organization changes all the time. One of the biggest problems is that we change tool manufacturers so it's difficult to organize. I have the wire ones. The pliers with the thick handles I cut the wire to fit.

I made my own out of a plastic dish rack that I picked up at a dollar store and right now trying to come up with something for screwdrivers myself

I need to try those plastic ones. I have the same wire rack as you do and it works good but has the issues you talked about. Great video.
