ToolCat episode 1 Removing the Rad for repair

In Episode 1 we take a look at a new long term project and start the repairs to a 2007? Bobcat ToolCat 5600.

I had to remove the radiator on my 5600 and to make it easier I pulled the pins on the lift arms and pushed the box all the way back. Way easier to do that.

This on looks a lot like my Toolcat 5600-A that is a couple years older. I am second owner and bought knowing it had a "few" issues. Few was an understatement. No rear steering or propulsion, trouble code for alignment (I do not have a dealer near me, and wouldn't want to pay those prices), missing my front and rear hydro safety supports, windscreen needs pulled and reinstalled as it has huge huge areas with sealant that has pulled away leaking in water, tons of rust underneath it, and virtually every plastic piece, such as on the side glass are broke. I love the machine's functionality, but it just hasnt held up like my other Kubota machines. Thankfully it has a very reliable, though non turbo, Kubota engine, but sadly no high-flow and the turf tires are horrific. But the cost to upgrade them to an R4 or AG tire is prohibitive for me.

It was used for plowing snow and I don't think it was ever washed.

This was the ingrsoll-rand era I believe. Their paint quality was absolute trash. I have an 05 T190 and it has rust issues too.
