As a woman who builds with wood, and repairs as much as I can in my home myself, I'm thrilled that you are reposting these! I had her original book How Hard Can it Be as a much younger woman. Thx for all the money it saved me and the confidence it built ❤

@@toolgirl Just like using coffee grounds to stain my hair when I was 19 (1999, I think), per your suggestion. I might actually give that one a try again !

What about if dont have any source of humidity ..no bathroom , no dryer
@toolgirlАй бұрын
Basements can be damp because rainwater is getting in through the walls or windows, and they can be naturally damp in humid climates because moisture condenses on cold surfaces (i.e. how the outside of a glass gets wet when you fill it with ice water). So moisture can build up in a basement, particularly in summer, even if you don't have a bathroom or dryer installed downstairs.

Dont know if it was know then, but concrete dust is carcinogen, so please add a dust mask when doing concrete repairs!
