A rare Starrett 192 "vibrameter" was a great score, along with a mystery item that turned out to be a "High point" by Bennett jig for balancing RC helicopter props.

it's an awl for sewing canvas, tarps, and such. Also called a Speedy stitcher.

The accessory for the prop balancer is for levelling the setup.

@@stevewatr Could be. I was supposing the same purpose as the similar accessory for the grinding wheel balancer at my old shop but good enough at a budget (it had precision cross levels, not a bullseye). I'd love to know how it is used for that.
