If you’re worried about the water wicking out of the terracotta saucer onto your furniture, a great tip is to cut felt floor protectors for furniture and stick them on to the bottom of your saucer. It’ll elevate them and stop the moisture coming into direct contact with your furniture. Love your videos ! ❤️

I bought like a houseplant tool set from Amazon that had a repotting mat, two baby spades and a hoe, two different widths of bucket shovels, repotting tools, little pruning shears, a brush, an air bulb, and a water bottle with a long bent spout. I’m not quiiite sure what to do with everything but some of them have already proven quite useful! It was like $30 on Amazon for all of those

I love that the velcro is reusable! It feels so much less wasteful! I save and reuse my grow pots for seed starts for my outdoor plants and rapidly growing props. I use a lot of the plastic saucers during the winter because you can get different depths which makes bottom watering super simple. And gives you more grace if you're top watering.

I like to use the lil bulbous POM juice bottles, maple syrup jars (they look like mini jugs) and soy sauce/hoisin sauce bottles look really nice. I sanitize my cutters with those little alcohol wipes for shot prep that you get in the first aid section of a store. It’s like a dollar for a big pack of them, I keep em in my plant tools bin, so it’s easy and I won’t skip it.

Reuse glass jars are really good in propagating, then you can see the roots growing. I am addicred with white color pots for my plants. Who else is addicted with white colored pots?

My boyfriend got me little baby plant snips for my birthday this year! They are so tiny and cute and work so well on my plants!! (Maybe a little too good because I take so many props and don’t have any room to put them 😂😅)

I use a large, shallow plastic storage bin instead of a potting mat. It works really well & I can also store a bag of soil and a few other supplies in it!

I bought three rows of the Velcro…. Who knew it went so far! 🤦🏼♀️ I love terra-cotta too, I’m 50/50 with white ceramic and terra cotta. I love the “white” look, so when the terra cotta gets patina I love it. Thanks for the new video 🥰

Thank you so much for providing all of these thorough videos! I appreciate how genuine you are. We had to put our sweet fur baby down in January and the heartbreak was unbearable. We purchased our first indoor plant roughly two months ago..and maybe a few more since..to mend our hearts. Your videos have been so helpful! I purchased your book last week and so excited for it to arrive! 🪴🌱❤️

Diatomaceous earth is also effective against pretty much all pests. I don't think it would damage more sensitive leaves, but I'm not positive. And it's messy and only works when dry, but it's less time consuming lol. I've never heard of the 209 though! That sounds way easier. PS I'm excited for season 3!!! PS for anyone else needing the moisture meter - the link doesn't work, but it does take you to their website and it's under accessories.

I have a question. People always show or talk about moss poles etc but I am just baffled about how do you attach that thing to or into the pot without damaging the roots? Then if you add the huge pole thing into a medium pot, what and where can the roots go?? I just cannot visualize this.

Just to give something to make you aware although some information provided seems helpful, but I got quite dizzy watching your video as you move your hands and face eyes plus your voice too fast and your topic moving continuously without pause! By the time you finished, I got a big headache trying hard to follow! You need to be a bit more relax and calm as you move along in your presentation … thank you for sharing . Since this is my first time watching your video I would rate it 2 stars out of 5 … hope your video improve as you are going along !!!
