Headlamp, cable tester, multimeter, TalkBack mic, adjustable spanner, soldering kit with wire stripers, screwdrivers, spare usb to give to the client, adapters and turnarounds, RF sniffer is helpful but not essential...

No gig bag yet since I don't work in audio fully. I do things with video and networking aswell, if there's something missing from yours... hmm I'd say maybe DI boxes ( I guess you mentioned you wanna get those ) for the hum sounds or static noise sometimes. Maybe something to send in Pink noise through a system if it's not coming from the mixer itself.
