This is a great for purpose tool kit. I would miss my Qbox and a few other odds and ends but its 90% the same as what I carry. Check out the new Klien flip socket nut drivers. You can shrink that husky kit down to basically a single screwdriver with 7 nutdriver sizes and 14 screwdriver bits. It requires combining two of their tools together to make one better one but its worth it. Especially in a flight kit. I love the tek-pak too. Makes the case nice a orderly.

I recently acquired the 2ch version of smaart for Ipad that supports transfer function and everything. It was around $60. The single channel version was $30. It works a treat and is a nice complete RTA with export features and support for mic calibration data and external interfaces. Nice interface carryover if your already a smaart user.

Nice kit. I carry the Sonnect Sound Bullet and a Sense Push. The latter for temp/humidity for Array Processing (when working with d&b). I’m looking into the Sonnect SoundWire next.

Entertaining watch, thanks. A lot of redundancy though. Two leathermans and a utility knife, 3 flash lights.. in my experience when I got too much stuff in the bag I get disoriented
@Kitzy Жыл бұрын
Where did you get the lid organizer? It’s easily the nicest one I’ve ever seen.
@BrianBondAudio Жыл бұрын
I made it myself. It’s a mixture of Home Depot pouches, and a BUBM iPad pouch from Amazon. They are all stuck to the lid with velcro. The main two red pouches have the front pocket cut off to reduce thickness. So if you look on the Home Depot site, they look a little different.

Nice build. Although it would be nice if you didn't move your hands around so much. Headache inducing! As it is the camera has a hard job trying to focus on the foreground (hands) instead of the static pelican box.

Is that trim tape fiberglass or metal? I would love to have a measuring tape with that small form factor, but so far every tape I’ve seen of that size is steel, not fiberglass. I don’t really feel comfortable dropping a steel tape from the bottom of a PA… lol
