Jacqui Main has been working as an Exercise Physiologist for 17yrs and her clinic specializes in invisible illnesses. She has also lived with a few invisible illnesses for the past 16 years (plus the many years of my life I didn’t know) and is so passionate about treating patients locally, but also nationally and internationally (via telehealth). I complete education as patients need to understand the how and why they became unwell as well as what can they do to help stabilize, manage, and/or improve their health, energy, and physical/emotional health. Then along with gentle movement-based therapy, WHEN appropriate, she can help patients reach their goals.
