Hello Bruce, finding you on KZbin has cast a glimmer of hope in a field that is unfortunately becoming extinct. What you're doing is absolutely marvelous. My situation evolves around a Rowe model R-30. I'm located in the capital region of NY (Albany vicinity), any techs near me? The issue I have is that the only way to play a record is by pushing the credit button, and I don't have a key for the top section. Please let me know how to contact you for further details. Hi Guys, I love your KZbin videos. I wish you guys serviced our here in Australia as I am in desperate need of help and no one seems to have any knowledge on the Rowe jukebox’s out here. I own a mmm-4 Rowe Ami jukebox and so some reason that I cannot work out, only records from the letter V (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,0) will play. If I select any other letter on the selector panel, the selector spins infinitely, by no selector pins are engaged. I would be forever grateful on any advice on where to start to look. Thank you

I have a regatta, CD jukebox 2001. I’ve done fixed once I came into a problem. Maybe you can help me where the selector slides all the way down and reads the CDs and picks up I guess that’s how it supposed to work but when you punch the number in it goes about a half a foot And jams, how do I stop the jammin?

Just saved a Rowe r15. From the trash guys..I have cleaned the molex connectors… changed the caps in both boards… but it still just spins the records and nothing else…. Unless I put it in service mode…. Then I really can’t get it to do anything… should I send in both boards?

Are you still doing jukebox repair? We just had our 70s Rowe ami r80 moved to our new house and now it's not spinning. Do you have an email or a TikTok or some way I can send a video for advice? I'm 30 so this is beyond my scope. I make a selection, there's a sorta T shaped connector with wires on a board that says "install connectors with wires front" that spins but then the 45s don't rotate at all to the selection and it doesn't scan with the switch either (yes with the other switch turned off.) It worked before we moved it.
