I love Wurlitzer’s they hold a lot of memories, The last one I used was in a café that as a teen me and my friends used to hang out in,It was the tall 50’s one with lighted tubes all ver the sides, It was the 70’s and we loved it, The old lady had a parrot on the counter (a no no today) and he’d bob along to some of the songs and we’d teach him to swear (bad boys) , That jukebox was great.

Karma rewards you for being a good guy! Great to see it. I follow your family on their KZbin channels, in a non creepy way. My family is small and some members estranged thru no fault of mine, (divorce mess). It's nice to see a lovely extended family. Your newfound neice is so kind and sweet, I'm really glad you connected with your half sister and her wonderful family. I enjoy your wife's channel and your son's art and I watch Josh,Jakota too and Austin T too. Always enjoy the Hans updates as well as updates about the homeless man you helped. I have a little online community of KZbinrs to watch thanks to you and it helps me not to feel so isolated. It makes me feel happy when nice things happen for any of you. Thank you for letting us into some of your life. Good luck to you, your family and all the people you love and care about.

Neato Cheeto!!! A local diner in the New Orleans area still had the same jukebox from my childhood... on my 16th birthday I got to break the record Sixteen Candles by the Crests as the entire 9 months of 1987 up until my 16yh birthday was played multiple times when I would go with my dad to the diner. So on my birthday I got to distroy the record... lol.

Alex, it is great that you know the right person to help you out with the jukebox. I live in San Diego & a few years ago I bought my son an old typewriter & it was very difficult to find the right person who wanted to fix it. We found someone who was by appointment only & was never available. My 20 year old looked up on yt & figured out how to replace the string, which luckily worked out. The jukebox is nice to have in your store. The kids & adults will make it a habit to play a song! Take care & God Bless.

You should build a large shop on the back of the store, like a two car garage but only for one car, your delivery vehicle, the other half a can be for repairing and preparing antiques, and checking boxes that are donated or bought. Could be added to the summer expansion project. Hope that helps looking forward to seeing your shop this summer. 😊👍

he wants to build another building next door, trying to find the cash for it. he is leveraged to the hilt. if he could sell the potter's house or the old store, it would free up some cash. but now they are just renters.
@russelldeane45914 жыл бұрын
It’s just some helpful advice. I know he’s leveraged but if he does build the other half of the store, it would cost less to build a garage/workshop at the same time then to do it separately. Just helping him out. Alex and Mellissa can use all of our advice to help the store. 😊👍

WOW, it's gorgeous. It's possible that it's only a Canada only model too. Admittedly I don't work on jukeboxes, BUT I do work on vintage tube electronics, and "just plug it in" isn't always a good idea. Jukeboxes were rather high quality, but the amplifier should be looked at by a professional, anyway. It's a fire and shock risk if not checked out, and if not, you could've seriously damaged the power transformer, rendering it useless. Just a friendly warning. Your friend there seems knowledgeable on the mechanical part, and you can rely on him for at least that. Have fun with your new jukebox! You're the envy of many in the vintage electronics community, now. :)
