Toon Ryu is so rare and is not open to the public. Invitation is base on recommendation. As far as I'm aware only one western is practicing Toon Ryu todate, that is a martial arts renowned research and practioner residing Canada. He to is neither permitted to teach nor popularise Toon Ryu to the public.
