You so right ,19102 is the richest hood in philly.You walking past at mansion at 0:34 the brownstone thats been on the market for years i think they wanted 5 mil and may have lowered it by now.

I use to always walk around the area after I was done with my classes or in between classes at CCP. I used to also walk around the Fairmount area too.
