That’s just the wording they used for the English live stream, in the JP one the DFE is said to be “The miraculous power of the two strongest combined”. Again you can interpret the word “combined” however you want but it’s not guaranteed it’s a Fusion (very likely it’s a fusion though)

The movie character can still be Super Gogeta though. If Evolution Blue Vegeta and UI Goku with the unit super is a carnival unit can fit with the theme, then they could just do the exact same thing but Goku with Vegeta as a unit super or something, and then they can just fuse into Super Gogeta. I still don't see how Goku and Frieza would fit the dokkanfest since they are not the "strongest duo", like, come on. That's a bit of a stretch. Not to mention the "miraculous power" part. It's still more than likely going to be a fusion. Hell, it could even be a fused Zamasu, because I would argue that Goku Black and Zamasu are more of a "strongest duo" than Goku and Frieza. Or, the dokkanfest could be a Vegito Blue, but either way, Super Gogeta can sitll be a carnvial. I just want Super Gogeta as a new unit so badly. I know there is going to be so many angry people in the dokkan community if he isn't one. And as cool as a Beast Gohan and UI Goku would be, that would mean that we technically get two UI Gokus in one anniversary, and I think that's too many.

This video has reaffirmed my own speculations. Personally, I was under the impression that the aim of the anniversary roadmap, was to have a representation of every major and iconic moments (forms) from the show. With the emphasis of having a representation of every iconic form and the different sized boxes taken into consideration and seeing how the roadmap is unfolding, we have a representation of: 1. OG Dragonball (base kid goku) 2. Saiyan Saga (Kaioken Goku and Vegeta) 3. Namek Saga (1st Super Saiyan Goku) 4. Cell Saga (I think we are gonna see EZA LR AGL GoTrunks or EZA DFE AGL trunks, and LR SS2 Gohan) 5. Majin Buu Saga (SS Vegito) 6. DBZ movies (SS Gogeta SEZA and hot take: LR ROF Blue Goku or LR BOG God Goku) 7. GT (SS4 Goku and SS4 Vegeta and SS4 Gogeta) 8. Super (SSB Gogeta is technically represented in the LR gods Active skill, SSBE Vegeta and UI Goku) So looking at the list, we have a representation of every major form in the show and the movies and mind you, their first ever appearances in the series. I think theres a focus on the form's first appearance. Therefore, the only other form that has not yet been represented is SSB Vegito. Now although we got one very recently as a DFE, I think with the agenda of representing the forms' first appearances, this is highly likely. Maybe we might see a new mechanic or the same reversible exchange on them too. With that being said, a form that hasnt gotten a representation is actually SS3 Goku. This could be represented in the DBZ movies from BOG (A SS3 Goku to SSG Goku maybe or SS3 Dragon FistKu). This is a minor flaw in my theory which I am not too sure how to counter. This is just my speculation, feel free to pitch in ur opinions on what you think abt this or share your theories too.

I’m thinking the teq Goku and Gohan Dokkan original Family Kamehameha will EZA this celebration. It definitely would fit with the theme. Damn near the best way possible. Or they’ll drop a new family kamehameha, and the EZAs will be the Str Gohan and AGL Cell. All in all, I’m so hyped!

Why is nobody aware that we NEVER get both DFEs with the same new mechanic??? It alternates between the DFE and carnival. But we know the DFE has to be a fusion based on the theme. So we could still get a Super Gogeta for Carnival starting off as Goku and Vegeta angels (Rivals) with reversible exchange and a standalone blue Vegito DFE. I am now 95% certain of this lineup.....The other carnival unit will obviously be the bye guys Goku (Family).

As for the topic of new cards... DF in part 2 is 90% a fusion, and they gave us a huge Hint for it in the form of "MIRACULOUS POWER BORN FROM THE STRONGEST DUO" and I think it will be Gogeta Blue with the same mechanics as Vegito from part 1 only this time the basis will be Blue boys. When it comes to Carnivale and the "FAMILY AND RIVALS" theme, it is more difficult to determine because the group is too broad, unless they choose for contrast, LR Goku Ssb Kaioken to New Blue evo Vegeta. Now EZA/S-EZA: -Saiyan Saga I think/I think that the best fits will be EZA PHY LR Goku&Piccolo/Piccolo and Wonderful PHY Raditz which would leave Goku and Vegeta LRs for saiyan day/golden week -Android/Cell saga here I am counting on 2 S-EZA TEQ Cell and LR INT Gohan, while EZA for AGL LR Future SS Gohan & Trunks - From MOVIES, I think that AGL Paikuhan deserves a boost and here I have two candidates: S-EZA for OG STR GOGETA or again LR Goku&Piccolo from DEAD ZONE -DB super, I think they will leave SSBVegito and Rose Black for Golden Week to have something to build interest in, so I bet on EZA for TEQ Caulifla & Kale and PHY Angel Frieza from T.O.P

The boxes are actually hints: the bigger ones are for newer characters, since the f2p units were revealed, while the smaller ones are for ezas. -Saiyan saga is simple, kaioken goku & great ape Vegeta are up for an eza and are gonna have their own equips within the revamped anniversary battle -Android/cell saga will likely have two ezas and we got two options: future androids & lr future gohan, OR S-EZA for lr int ssj2 gohan & teq perfect cell -Movies is likely the 1st anniversary eza, I don’t think they would separate the two considering they are from the same campaign, that and the carnival lr is gonna be from the same movie so, perhaps it’s gonna be a carnival lr super gogeta (another option could be janemba & pikkon, but I feel like they’re gonna eza in a different celebration) -Super is gonna have two new units, and have 1 eza (the 7th anni DFE gods alongside with the gt duo), since gogeta blue was done last year, it’s definitely a revamped VB or possibly a goku + frieza tag unit. This is just my guess as well, but I wanted to add extra info for the hint boxes to make it easier for you to have an easier guess.

With the DFE prediction it can’t be a gogeta from the Z movie because there needs to be a side banner unit included from that series. Just like the last slot of the majin buu arc will be for vegitos side banner unit. So there’s only room for it to be a carnival lr. But who knows maybe it will still have the new mechanic too which wouldn’t be too outlandish to consider but still. The other carnival is definitely gonna be a cell saga unit and there’s pretty much no denying at this point that the DFE is gonna be super related. Whether or not it’s TOP is still to be considered because there’s still the other arcs that could get represented.

For an EZA character from Dragon Ball GT, I would prefer INT SS4 Gogeta, as he hasn't received proper recognition for a long time and deserves his place. As for the Majin Buu Saga arc, there should absolutely be an LR Kid Buu since there isn't any LR version of Kid Buu yet. When it comes to Dragon Ball Super, I’d love to see an LR from Universe 6, like Hit or Kefla, as there is currently only one LR from that universe, and it makes sense to have another character. It would also be amazing to see an LR for Beerus, as there isn’t a standalone LR for him. An LR Beerus, such as when he faced Goku SS God as "Worthy Rival" Category, would be incredible.

I could see them under the 'rivals' tag for the carnival banner but I don't think even dokkan would have a tag explicitly saying power from the strongest DUO and then release a card with 3 characters on it. Also even in the ToP frieza and goku is not strongest duo, goku and vegeta are. Frieza was just able to outlast vegeta after getting man handled by Toppo and everyone forgetting he existed until he saved goku. Also I can't see gogeta as the carnival because gogeta doesn't really fit as either "Family" or "Rivals". Of course it is probably gonna be a vegeta + goku (in the same way vegito is) but it is a gogeta card not a vegeta card or a goku card and gogeta is neither goku's family or goku's rival.

My theory is the theme for dfe is miraculous power born from the strongest duo, "born" which means another fighter that born from the strongest duo combine. If it's goku & frieza, who's born from goku & frieza ?, which means its gonna be VB or GB. For the two carnival the theme is rivals and its gonna be Ssb Goku + Ssb Vegeta from r "f" movie that still technically a z movies. For family theme is Ssj2 Gohan (youth).

I am very sure it ain’t going to be Gogeta due to no banner unit slot would be left (if both 1st years eza,which they should) and sense Gogeta blue was last year I think the Dfe will be Vegito blue. As for carnivals I ain’t got a idea

I'm still convinced that part 2 dfe is super gogeta. And maybe the banner unit could be either a gotenks or a great saiyaman since they're both buu saga and movies and could go in the bottom slots next to vegito. Then i bet on carnival ssj2 gohan for family and golden frieza/beerus/hit for rivals

The strongest duo in Super is Goku and Vegeta in super Broly and Orange Picollo and Gohan beast in Super Super. I explained it in the last video but I think 1 of this units are coming transformable Gohan beast or Gohan with Picollo or Goku and Vegeta from super Broly with the same mechanic of super Vegito, or even a New Broly from super Broly. Why? Because this way they would be able to put the most hype music for Dragon ball.
