@@payalrajbhar8845 हां मैंने इसी वीडियो को देखने के बाद अपना दांत साफ करवाया था मुझको कुछ दर्द हुआ लेकिन दर्द सहने लायक था मुंह से खून भी बहुत निकला क्योंकि मेरा दांत साफ करते समय खरोच खरोच कर निकाला गया था दातों के ऊपर कैविटी की एक मोटी परत जमी हुई थी जिसको निकालने के लिए बड़ी सुई जैसे हुक् का इस्तेमाल किया गया इसी कारण दर्द हो रहा था उसके बाद एक प्रेशर वाली मशीन से प्रेशर देकर साफ किया गया जिस में दर्द नहीं हुआ था बाकी दांत साफ करवाने के बाद कोई दर्द नहीं हुआ और आज कुल 10 महीने लगभग हो चुके हैं बहुत अच्छा लग रहा है मैंने सरकारी डेंटल कॉलेज में अपने दांतो को साफ कराया था एक्सरे और सफाई मिलाकर कुल ₹140 लगे थे

Some doctors say gum regaining is irreversible..means once the gum displaced from teeth cant come to original place. 😳

If gums displaced due to calculas, after cleaning they'll attach to their respective place again, but if gum recession is there means gums are not there due to any problm then yes you are right they won't grow....in that condition gum surgery will required to regain gums.. thanks..
