I show you around, explore the theming and back story, and we even meet Toothsome's unique characters, Penelope Toothsome (Professor Doctor Penelope Tibeaux-Tinker Toothsome, proprietress, to be precise!) and her robot friend Jacques, who are a delight! Hi, this was nice. Toothsome looks like my kind of place. It's theme and characters are cool. I'm a chocolate fanatic, and I always have some kind of chocolate after I eat lunch and super. A few years back after along day in the park , we got lucky enough to get in for a late dinner. Penelope came up to our table and insisted I got dessert first before my main meal😂 I waited until after. Great atmosphere and food.

The short ribs are delicious! A server once told me to ask for mashed potatoes instead of grits and OMG it's so good! The Curious Cacao drink is my go to when we eat there.

Loved this place the one time I got to visit, must-do next chance! "Macaron" and "Macaroon" are two different things - the bright little round sandwich cookies are "French Macarons", made with almonds and love. "Macaroons" are coconutty, marshmallowy freeform toasted joy. Both good, just it can be a surprise if you're expecting one and get the other!

We went here right after getting engaged, and our entire family really loved it! I loved their nachos, super simple but the queso/melted cheese on them was amazing! I love their milkshakes as well, but 100% recommend sharing. We've seen people pour out entire milkshakes because they are so big!

My family loves Toothsome. Food has always been good. We ate at Confiscos earlier this month based on all the positive feedback and were truly disappointed.

The best food there is really their meals. My husband loves their meatloaf and I favor the short ribs. As for appetizers, we are the Totchos fam. But you got me thinking of adding wings. Haven’t met a dessert we haven’t loved. But my husband swears by the chocolate mousse. This is a Special night out spot. Glad you gave it another chance!

We absolutely LOVE Toothsome! We will visit whenever we go. Before we started your video, we said a great chocolate combo meal would be the bread, the wings, and the chocolate old fashioned. Maybe add the totchos. Seriously! You got two of 'em, and you know, 2 out of 3 ain't bad. 😂 I love the theming, the menu, the ambiance! And Penelope & Jacque are so great!! My husband and I went for dinner in September; and they did come up to the second floor. Penelope was yelling at Jaq from the upper level and then he took the elevator up. So I guess it just depends on them. That bread is to die forrrrr along with the salted caramel butter. Crying in Canadian at the conversion rate still, so we shall wait a bit longer until we can come back.

The only thing consistent about theme park food, is that it’s inconsistent haha. I feel you on the Sammie part. Everytime I eat at my favorite places it’s like the food is diff every time.

So true! Whenever i see others do reviews of how “amazing” or awful some theme park food is, I know it could be totally different on another day in other circumstances. So I always try to give places more than one chance and talk only about my experience, and share things like theming and story, like the whole picture, but not generalize the food, if that makes sense.

One of my favorite restaurants. I always go when I’m at Universal. I also sit on the 2nd level where you can see down to first level . I love the whole steampunk Victorian vibe . The chocolate bread is sooo good. I have reservations in 2 weeks . 😎😎😎

😍 I have eaten here before and I agree it's really good. I would say best place at city walk. I recommend the Teriyaki salmon and the Quiche Lorraine and the Warm chocolate almond bread is a must !
