Some class pickups there fella. I remember the asaian import shop had an mvs built into a table and used to be loads of kids waiting for their turn. Most kids like us could never afford a neo geo, now weve got jobs we can justify getting stuff against our better judgement sometimes but sod it lol

So true when people give it “it’s 150 on eBay and cex” guy I knew with a shop said “ if it’s 150 on eBay i sell it for 90 I got rent to pay” 😂 so true you’ll see the games sat on eBay forever 😂 time running out for me gives me the worst anxiety coz there’s so much I want to do… like you mate I’m happy with my lot but 1993 was exciting af🙌 like you said you can now actually own an aes/snk… younger people don’t really understand that some stuff was just dreams for us🙏🏻

1993 was a great year for sure mate. It is absolutely terrifying how quick time passes as we get older. The mighty Neo-Geo, I had many a dream about owning that thing.

That’s a result about London. Funds (lack of!) n’ train issuew deterred me but I’ll be at the next one. Loved the super play items but the Neo Geo games are frickin awesome 👌 Nice to see some Japanese gameboy titles particularly the Zelda’s. Have a good one at the upcoming events. That Super Play calendar is class mate. Totally feel you with the time going quicker now we are older. I would give anything to go back to the 90s and relive it all again. Great pickups mate must get to one of these markets next year 😎

I asked friends to go London not realising I'm working 😮. It was a bit close to Milton Keynes date anyway. Since I get new holiday allocation in 2025 I'll make an effort to visit the 1st market. Nice pickups happy to see some Japanese bits.

Absolutely awesome to see you grab that NES Deluxe set! I have had a ROB for a long time but don’t have one of the classy boxes like that. I have that MarioKart 64 controller box too. It’s a cool piece for sure. I don’t think they released that two tone controller in any other regions. Nothing special but a cool variant. Deadly Towers on NES. It’s not good. 😂 But it’s one of the few Brøderbund releases on the console. You crushed it here with these pickups buddy. 🍻

Some nice Neo geo titles there stu! I’ve got cyber lip and top hunter and they weren’t cheap for the mvs, AES collecting is on a different level but then again it always has been. You Got to check it’s not been a conversion though mate as there are so many going around atm. Amazing pickups Take care bud

Mate this video hit me hard like two shots of truth syrup. In our hobby everyone knows the value and everyone wants a bargain it’s an absolute nightmare trying to get back what you paid for something let alone a profit or the current market value. As I said last time it's been a cracking year for Lizard Retro, glad to hear London was good again, Doncaster still rules for me hahaha no 8 hours travel time alone makes it better . Good to obtain a nes Rob set for your ever expanding boxed console collection, iconic set and definitely deserves to be in your collection, you'll sort out Robbie. Aes, nice, as you said for us it's the number one 90s system, I was more street fighter bitd aswell but I never had an aes, if I did then snk would have been right up there as imo snk fighters rule, best company still in the game, city of the wolves is looking absolutely epic, king of fighters is my favourite franchise ever, I'd like to learn more about playing samurai spirits at a higher level so that's something for next year. Awesome games, even the lower graders are worth having like riding, they demand respect, mutation for a tenner hahaha jeez, even from the old days that's just bonkers, cyberlip nice, great top shelf gaming goodness. Those pc engine works games are a pita aren't they, all over the place, some clever people are throwing away the spines and opening them up to mask they are repros, it's wrong and whoever made them needs horse whipping imo lol See ya Sunday 👍
