5.) wrist cupping with wrist wrench
6.) internal rotation
7.) supinated wrist curl
8.) Low Cup Multi spinner
9.) High Cup Multi spinner
10.) Wrist rising with towel or strap
i did 3 sets 10 for each exercise at 60% of my max weight

Hi bro actually I stopped going to gym a year ago. But u can do these exercises on a pulley in the gym u dont need a table. For general strength I recommend pullups pushups hammer curls back rows and close grip bench press
