Saw the male judge say it was out of the fridge for 30sec, not that long, and that the ice cream was flawed regardless. He added that they didn't want to give him a pass and let him stay on the show bc it would be rewarding his melt down and there is a lot of kids that watch. I'm still very mad and bitter about it all tho. I'm glad that woman left the next episode (due to other issues).

As someone from the US, I was really embarrassed by that, honestly. The original song by Billy Ray Cyrus was a crime against humanity in so many ways. It’s obvious that his daughter got all the talent in that family, and that’s not saying much.

Man I wanna watch the series when Mary and Paul were judges but I cannot access those and could only watch the ones when Prue joined after Mary left. Bummer. There are some classic episodes in those older seasons.

It’s because a company (I believe Betty Crocker) owns the rights to the name “Bake-Off” so they have to adjust it for that reason. It’s the same in the US.

@@PhilipJackson03it’s actually Pillsbury, not Betty Crocker. Betty Crocker is a brand that is a bit more expansive and covers both cooking and baking (the Betty Crocker cookbook is a staple in every home in the US). Pillsbury has always focused more on baking, starting with their flour. 🙂

I completely agree with that. He screwed up the recipe, so it’s possible it wouldn’t have set no matter how long it stayed in the freezer. His reaction certainly didn’t help.
