Dawnbreaker stuck in my mind a ton. BF4 was the first next gen game I played on the PS4, and Dawnbreaker was the first map,. The rain effects, lights, and atmosphere blew me away, not to mention how dynamic the map is from a gameplay perspective

I also loved cliff jumping. But imo the absolute shitstorm in the tunnel later on was the highlight for me. Small arms fire, snipers picking each other off, tanks pushing through and some guy trying to fit the helicopter. Memories!

Hate metro rush. It’s a meat grinder funnel and pretty boring as almost every map of rush plays the same exact way. Rarely does the attacking team ever win that map.

Operation locker was a really fun chaotic map for me, I'd always find a locker 24/7 and hop in. A great way to level up weapons, and all those choke points where both teams are at eachothers throats is always great.

Operation locker really felt like a modern trench map. One side holding C while the other is spamming frags, smokes, and push thru it. And out of nowhere the team that was holding C would just lose the objective and be forced to push back. You could also go outside and 1v1 other recons with a sniper or flank the enemy from behind. It had a bit of everything but vehicles

I always felt Guilin Peaks was the most underrated/overlooked BF map. One of the few stalemate-free BF maps, both because of layout and the plentiful amount of transports (ground and air). Lot's of ways a single organized squad could have a huge effect on the match outcome. Also, really glad Propaganda got some acknowledgement.

It's called Wicked Wake. Goes with the theme of map names always having the same first letter like Victory Village, Riverside Rush, Coastal Clash etc. Glad that people remember BFH (and rly wish that Jack would have played it more). Arica Harbour was so much fun, I remember "third notch" sniping with the SV-98 with my friends at extreme ranges, then rushing the objective with our pistols when we'd got the enemy out of the power positions

I really loved Iwo Jima on battlefield V. Especially on breakthrough. Pushing through those tight really hectic tunnels before transitioning into a push up a wide, heavily defended hill was really crazy and fun

@@7aemr metro I agree with. Its just basically a cod map, but locker managed to have different sections and levels and access points and with a bit of "levelution" (hate that word). It's just personal choice, but to me, some of the maps on the list include wide empty spaces as filler sections.

Never really liked Locker, it felt to much like a COD map, just like Metro. Funny enough I think the best CQC map is Noshahr Canals from BF3, it's just a little more open, and you can attack from so many other directions like the sky and from the water.

Good map, but once your team was held in spawn, especially for the americans it was just stupidly easy for the enemy, because you couldn't get out of spawn. But yes, enjoyed the hell out of that map. Tbh I've hardly played any other! The gunplay of BC2 is the best of any games in my mind.

I came to like titan mode more than conquest and some of those titan maps were really great. Minsk certainly comes to mind. But for conquest, Belgrade and Berlin were really fun to play on. Some of the more infantry based ones were great, although a lot less memorable, but I feel the gameplay itself, especially around titan mode, was really good and memorable.
