@1:40 you can actually melee zombies from within the fortified position, just hug the inside at the part where the zombie is trying to get it and slash/smash them with your melee. Obviously this is particularly useful when you have a powerful enough melee weapon to 1 or 2 shot them and/or when low on ammo.

Counterpoint: horde everything since stamina management is easy and being overencumbered doesn't effect move speed.

My tip is that the flame thrower is best best weapon in the game. Both the weapon and ammo is craft-able and it ignores armor.

I am going to have to try the flamethrower again; great against the normal zeds, but I felt like it didn't work against any of the special ones.

@@kurtisgrainger79 to make the fuel, you need alcohol and an empty water bottle. You can drink a water bottle to obtain an empty one. Then you need a gear and scraps to create fire arms parts. Then you use the fire arms parts and an oil filter to create a flamethrower. But you need to unlock the weapon in the craft able weapons.

really interesting mate! i finished the game before seeing this so i can vouch for you for the people watching this👍🏽 Also little bonus for armoured zombies, u can try melee them, especially if ur Durability stat and melee damage stat are to the max, like that you'll save more ammo ;) and also, always make sure that if you have tools for suppressor, build asap soo that u can be more safe to kill zombies without attracting attention

the MnK bite escape is barely impossible to leave if your stamina isn't enough high while you got grab, u have to spam like a Jet Rocket to be able to escape it that ridiculous compare to Controller escape

and one more: FLAMETHROWER will be your best friend to kill tanker zombies, tho upgrade your fire damage to be even powerful

Honestly, my first and foremost tip is: IT'S A TRAP. Move slowly unless chased and watch your surrounding for the outlines of a gun. Traps kill in 1 hit no matter your health.

i been hit by traps before... they only kill u if your initial health is below 70 percent..

you need to unlock perk for that, higly advised early in game to get more gear, also modified radio is great to more loot in every run

Hey if you still answer comments can you tell me how to take advantage of the orange gas you can see sometimes? I threw a bomb and it made a second explosion.

Apologies, I haven't played TLS in a long while. It sounds like you have a good strategy, lead the enemies to the gas and make it explode.

I believe they're very different games. The Last Stand is a roguelike with randomized small maps. It has been out longer than ParadiZe, and should be more polished.
