Probably going to get hate for this, but I don't understand everyone's obsession with Jennifer Lawrence. I don't hate her, like some people in on youtube claim to - because I don't know her. But I don't understand what's so special about her; she's kind of pretty but so are a lot of actresses, her acting is hyped up and her "funny and adorable" personality is basically her just recycling posts from tumblr.

She does a good job of creating this facade of being relatable to her fans. She appears to be "human". She's clumsy and funny. She is very public about most things that are often taboo when you are a celebrity. That's the only reason why she is so popular, especially among the younger generation, or like you said. Don't get me wrong... She's an okay actress, but I feel that she tries too hard. Everyone just sorta jumped on the Jennifer Lawrence bandwagon because why the hell not.

The reason these actors are so beloved has as much to do with their off-screen persona and personalities as it does with their on-screen performances. WatchMojo didn't talk about that at all. All these actors have relatively clean images. You don't see them in the tabloids every week for doing something lewd or saying something rudely egotistical. They're involved in philanthropy. They advocate social causes. Those are the qualities that raise these celebrities and make them more likeable than others with just the talent.

He can go from Willy Wonka to Edward Scissorhands to Mort Rainey in a heartbeat. He's the only reason I watched Into the Woods and the only reason I watched Rango. I think actors who are dead should've been included. There are a lot of them that were great. Some of my favorite actors that have been in Hollywood movies, alive or dead are: Ewan McGregor, Christian Bale, Gary Oldman, Tim Roth, Anne Hathaway, Peter O'Toole, Peter Sellers, Al Pacino, Robert De Niro, Roy Scheider, James Stewart, Anthony Hopkins, Robert Shaw, Sidney Poitier, Marlon Brando, Marilyn Monroe, Russell Crowe, Matt Damon, Michael Caine, and others I didn't mention that were either on this list in some capacity or not on the list. Also I know it said only actors who are alive are on this list, I still think they should've just done the list with actors who are beloved in Hollywood that are dead as well as alive alive. James Bone Will Smith, many of whose movies I have enjoyed, started losing it with plastic woman, that's his wife. Look at her in Demon Night, then look at her now.
