An Anthonys Customs "sternly written letter"? That can't be good. Wow what a list. Each one of these candidates of yours could be on any action figure collector's top 10. I must admit, I am quite surprised to see Diamond Select's Cap on the list. I really liked this figure and was impressed with what they produced. A sleeper for me for 2024. Jada really exceeded everyone's expectations. Thanks for your efforts on this list, I can only guess that composing a list such as this must be extremely difficult this year.

I recently started collecting Mafex figures and I wholeheartedly agree with you on the Knightfall Batman, Bane and Daredevil! These to me are the quintessential versions of these characters, I will never need or want another classic Daredevil at the 6 inch scale again. Love when you post these top 10 lists!

Jada really is the shot in the arm the action figure game needed. A ton of care goes into them and they’re such good value. The Mega Man line has been great so far too. I feel like I’ve wanted lines like this for Capcom series my whole life.

I'm happy to see the Marvel Select Cap in a high spot, that's definitely one of my favorite releases this year. My only personal issue with Revoltech Spiderman 2.0 is I wish the shoulder ball joints were hidden, but I get its for the extra articulation, your right though Anthony its a phenomenal figure.

My favorite figure this year is the SH Figuarts Indiana Jones. It's not perfect but it's probably the best Indy in 1/12 scale. The likeneses are amazing, the sculpt is crisp and detailed, and he poses fantastically. The accessories give him enough reasons to pose him around too. All in all, he's the figure I've been dreaming of since I was a kid! Honorable mention to the Mythic Legions Valiant Knight, easily the best ML figure ever.

My favorite figure this year is Abyss Knight by Coser Toys it's based in Death from Darksiders and is just amazing, detail, paint and accessories are great. Worth every single dollar.

Whilst I'm not big on SF, I've been loving the Mega Man Jada Toys line, went from wanting just a couple to pretty much dedicated to collecting the whole line. High-key makes me wish they had other licenses like Tekken and Mortal Kombat. My favourite this year goes to Ryo Sakazaki, I just love the accssories and sculpting on the face. Been collecting the KoF line and he's by far my favourite they've done so far. Sheeva too was a great but sad way to end their MK line.

Please take a look at the Jazwares Total Anime line. Yuji is really well done. In the same way Jada is delivering value for the money at the $25 price point, this line has bang for your buck and retails for $15-20. I don't know anything about anime IPs, but i like good figures and I'm curious how you would judge some of these. I always appreciate your insight into the engineering and manufacturing and detail of the figures you review.

I'm not as into street fighter as you are, but I have to agree that Jada belongs in the #1 slot the last 2 years. I skipped DJ, but have picked up all the other SF figures. I'm surprised there is no mention of their mega man line though. For an IP that we don't have a ton of figures for, I think they're doing pretty well there, too.

I don't think you've reviewed any figures from this line but I'm personally enjoying Mattel's Masterverse figures specifically the New Eternia subline ( the rest is kinda crap). They have gotten a lot better since their launch. They are 7' scale. They have good pin-less articulation. They have good sculpt for the most part. They have a good paint. They have a bunch of accessories. And you can't beat the price at only 22 bucks.

The revo Spider-man 2.0 would be higher on my list but I got the rerelease recently and mine is plagued with QC issues, thigh swivel falling off, shoulder joints fall out of the torso, the eyes fall out super easily and the wrist pegs feel super brittle on this copy. I got mine from bbts and this is no blame on them but just revo in general, I have a tun of revo figures and they're all exceptional but this was the only figure that I ended up having hardcore qc with. Overall apart from the qc it still is in my personal top 10.

Really do got to give Jada toys Streeter fighter their due. They been killing it. From the boxing looking like an arcade game picking the player with the figure in it to the figure itself being made so well for the cost they are selling it at is amazing. Yeah I understand why they are number 1 on so many peoples list. Only brand I actually have a figure lets unopened in the box and I get one to have posed on a shelf. The presentation both ways boxed or opened is awesome at the cost they sell other stuff at.

100% agree, the Jada Toys Street Fighter figures are the best line this year and indeed the best line I have seen for awhile. More than fair price, tones of accessories, pretty good paint and faces, sculpts. They are just crushing it and finally and perhaps most important to me and not something I've seen other people talking about. The bloody things are everywhere. No chasing them through online retailers or on sellers over Ebay. No having to preorder them months in advance in the hopes they turn up. Just head to a store and bam a heap of them on pegs ready to go. I did preorder Cammy and Deejay as I really wanted Cammy, she was a must have and I personally am going to pass on the alternate colour figures, but that's juts me I want that iconic look on the shelf. Yeah nah yeah really impressive figures.

Or heck, maybe Storm Collectibles could shoot high for that spot with their new Arena line, although they'd have to actually get as comprehensive with their roster selection, I feel. Ryu and Ken are okay, but I really feel that their third and even fourth choice have to be bangers to compete. Great list(s)! I realize Anthony cant buy and review everything, but theres one huge glaring ommission from this list. Revoltech Agent Venom. Its significantly better than a lot of stuff on this list. Definitely better than the two Revoltech figures he did mention. I also think the SHM Blue Eyes White and Red Eyes Black Dragons deserved a mention.

Third party figures aren't official figures, they aren't licensed. These figures can sometimes be better than the official ones because they aren't restricted by the licensors.

Price is a big factor

Because of my taste in toys i only have two jada figs ,nothing else on your list . I would like to see a top 10 third party where you can evaluate more of what i and many others collect ,having evolved from the big 3 and their focus on nostalgia and running the same old sht every wave to.satisfy completionists and newbies to the hobby .
