Thats just the always on display, you can turn it on in your settings :) Not all watch faces have that though!

Why do the Samsung watch faces have a seconds hand that constantly moves were as on huawei it tiks

Samsung has 3 types of movement for the seconds hand. Normal - it simply ticks, swipe - it moves constantly, and tension - it moves like a seconds hand from an actual mechanical watch (when it ticks, it moves a bit forward and also goes a bit backward). The first watch face has tension, the second has normal, the third has sweep.

When doing these in the future, it isn't necessary to turn the watch. It's not a real watch face, there's no changing of the appearance when you change the viewing angle. It's actually a bit frustrating when you're trying to focus on a single aspect of the watch face.

Actually on a lot of watch faces there is! Most have shimmer/ reflection effects on them, the camera may not pick them up as well as though! But noted!

There's on point doing free watch face episodes since the developers usually only have them free for a limited amount of time :/ most of the watch faces are less than you'd pay for a bar of chocolate, well worth it considering the time and effort developers put into them :)
